Productivity Works has job openings in the following areas:

  • Sales Executive

    Successful candidates will have a proven track record in the IT consulting services and software industry.

    Responsibilities:
    * Sell Productity Works' products and services through the entire sales cycle from hunting to closing.
    * Develop and present proposals that convey business need and client benefit.
    * Understand competitors and articulate Productivity Works' competitive advantage.
    * Network with other Background Screening industry vendors to cultivate leads.

    Qualifications:
    * Proven ability to sell software licensing and/or custom projects
    * Ability to prospect, develop and close custom software development opportunities
    * At least 3 years of IT services and/or software sales experience
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Independently successful time management skills
    * Proven track record of selling project based solutions
    * Experience in meeting and exceeding quotas or annual sales targets of at least $200k
    * Demonstrated ability to sell to all levels of management
    * Effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable business
    * Experience in cold calling and establishing new client relationships
    * Superior presentation and communication skills
    * Being creative, energetic, & able to think outside the box
    * Experience in the Background Screening industry a plus
